We spent our sixth wedding anniversary, the 29th, in San Diego.
We stayed in the Gaslamp District. We also visited the Hotel Del Coronado. It's a California Historic
Landmark. It was built in1887 and it is the largest wooden structure in California. It is still a working hotel.
Here are some photos we would like to share.

....Sure do remember that movie Clint & Maryna! One of the members of The Portage Lakes Antique Boat Club has the exact twin of the Chris Craft used in that movie. Remember....The seating in front....Then a few feet aft the back seats? Perfect condition. Looks like you guys had a Great Anniversary! Thanks for sharing your photos! You Guys Look Great!....

We are just relaxing at home this holiday weekend. Nice weather here today. Temps in the upper 60's. It was windy yesterday, none today.

The Washington Post's Mensa Invitational once again invited readers to take any word from the dictionary, alter it by adding, subtracting, or changing one letter, and supply a new definition.
Here are the winners:
1. Cashtration (n.): The act of buying a house, which renders the subject financially impotent for an indefinite period of time.
2. Ignoranus: A person who's both stupid and an asshole.
3. Intaxicaton: Euphoria at getting a tax refund, which lasts until you realize it was your money to start with.
4. Reintarnation: Coming back to life as a hillbilly.
5. Bozone (n.): The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future.

15. Arachnoleptic Fit (n.): The frantic dance performed just after you've accidentally walked through a spider web.
16. Beelzebug (n.): Satan in the form of a mosquito, that gets into your bedroom at three in the morning and cannot be cast out.
17. Caterpallor ( n.): The color you turn after finding half a worm in the fruit you're eating.

MY ITALIAN WEDDING
I was a very happy man. My wonderful girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married.
There was only one little thing bothering me...it was her beautiful younger sister.
My prospective sister-in-law was twenty-two, wore very tight mini skirts, and generally was bra-less. She would regularly bend down when she was near me, and I always got more than a nice view. It had to be deliberate, because she never did it when she was near anyone else.
One day her 'little' sister called and asked me to come over to check the wedding invitations.
She was alone when I arrived and she whispered to me that she had feelings and desires for me that she couldn't overcome.
She told me that she wanted me just once before I got married and committed my life to her sister. Well, I was in total shock, and couldn't say a word.
She said, 'I'm going upstairs to my bedroom, and if you want one last wild fling, just come up and get me.'
I was stunned and frozen in shock as I watched her go up the stairs.
I stood there for a moment, then turned and made a beeline straight to the front door. I opened the door, and headed straight towards my car.
Lord... And behold, my entire future family was standing outside, all clapping!
With tears in his eyes, my father-in-law hugged me and said, 'We are very happy that you have passed our little wedding test. We couldn't ask for a better man for our daughter.
Welcome to the family!
The moral of this story is:
Always keep your condoms in your car!
